Taste of Derby, billed as the "perfect appetizer" for Saturday's Kentucky Derby 137 and a benefit for hunger relief modeled after the Taste of NFL Super Bowl event, features award-winning chefs representing popular racing destinations from throughout the U.S.
Louisville is well-represented by Jo-Jo Doyle of Churchill Downs and Levy Restaurants, Aaron Stordeur of the five-Diamond-winning Oakroom at the historic Seelbach Hotel and Anthony Lamas, chef/owner of Seviche.
The event kicks off with red carpet entry at 7p.m. Food and wine pairings continue until 10p.m., and the bar remains open until 11p.m.
