I’m sure Advanced Hemorrhoid Treatment Center is a fine medical establishment--I have no reason to think otherwise. And it's certainly not the only local business to produce their own commercials over the past year when such homegrown advertising seemed to swell during recession time.

But the Up With People sort of 1970s AM radio feel to the jingle just doesn’t seem to go with the torment of the condition this business works to heal.

In all fairness Kart Kountry was a really close second. Sure, the play land of go-karts and batting cages in Bullet County is a great place to take the family, but that commercial is overboard on the cheesy scale.
