Indiana’s “First Lady of Goat Cheese” is sharing her chèvre creations with the masses. Capriole Farms’ Judy Schad and chef Jay Denham will partner to present a cheese and beer dinner Tuesday, August 12 at 6:30 p.m. The cost of the dinner is $55 per person and includes a five-course dinner paired with beers by Browning’s brewmaster Brian Reymiller.

Gail Gilbert, Art Librarian at the University of Louisville, will give an introduction to researching art. Participants will learn about (and get the chance to thumb through) some of the best references for finding information about art and artists. July 25 – August 29: PETER GOOCH PAINTINGS Narrow, hyper-elongated paintings of abstract strips of color that playfully shift in light and color. Influenced by the formations and rhythms of movement through the landscapes surrounding the Great Lakes in Ontario, Gooch’s paintings create subtle tensions between the jumps in palettes that contrast the organic surfaces within their geometric application.

Tradition and Innovation: American Masterpieces of Southern Craft and Traditional art is an initiative of the National Endowment for the Arts. This exhibit will feature works by 60 artists and craftspeople from throughout the Southern Arts Federation's nine partner states.

Howard Schatz Redux features the stunningly beautiful color images of ballerinas, models, and acrobats from Cirque du Soleil, all photographed underwater. This exhibit will include those works that were not showcased in the Paul Paletti "H20" exhibition.

Dinosaurs Alive combines stunningly realistic and scientifically accurate computer generated imagery with intriguing documentary footage, dramatic new scenes of real fossils and current dinosaur hunting expeditions.

Assume the role of a dinosaur from the Cretaceous period and explore ways that dinosaurs may have related to one another and their environment.

May 17 through August 31 with a reception for the artists on May 17 from 5-7 PM. Jen Pellerin and Samantha Griffith of Louisville are among the 10 sculptors presented. Admission is free.
