The purpose of the Louisville Scooter Group is to bring scooter riders of all types to meet and ride together. Any scooter (or even motorcycle) riders are welcome--we refuse to discriminate. We are open to any suggested rides, but will mainly tour around Kentuckiana. Events are open to any scooter model and to people of all ages and backgrounds. For the students who have taken the first class in Self Help Meditation, or for anyone who has been meditating successfully for one year or more. This class broadens the meditative learning from the Self Help Meditation I class and introduces several new deepening techniques that allow the individual to reach a perfect point of stillness. Stress reduction on a continual basis is emphasized, as well as the accompanying benefits that occur to the immune system.

Discover the world of commercial voice work as you learn about auditions, taking direction, the recording studio and the key ingredients of a voice demo. All participants will record a variety of commercial reads including straight pitch, characters, dialogue spots, PSAs, and cartoon voices.

Students will learn to paint the human face and body. Attention will be given to shape, form, light and shadow. This class will also explore the use of color and composition for psychological effect. Instructor: Marty Edlin, Bachelors degree from the University of Louisville and Masters degree from the Art Institute of Chicago. Marty has been teaching art since 1986 and his artwork has been exhibited since 1984.
