Bunbury Theatre Company presents this zany comedy about three Sisters from Fayro Texas and what happens when their Christmas Pagent goes haywire!

NEW SUPPORT GROUP will be forming as an out reach to every person in Louisville. The support group will be offered for those that are living with: • Addictions • Depressions • Abuse • Loneliness • HIV/ AIDS • Any issue an individual may feel the need for support [Gay; Lesbian; Straight; and Transgender – every person is accepted and welcomed].

The Mazin Annual Art Exhibition was conceived and created by Bernice and Benjamin Mazin and the Jewish Community Center’s Visual Arts Committee. The event is funded by the Mazin Visual Arts Fund and is a regional juried art exhibition of 2-D and 3-D art, open to residents of Kentuckiana 18 years and older. The exhibit is designed to foster an appreciation of today’s visual art and to reflect the breadth of artistic vision of local artists.

Victorian London’s most celebrated detective needs your help to fi nd out “whodunit”! Clues and “red herrings” are all around as you make your way through this interactive, family friendly and wildly entertaining murder-mystery thriller! Along the way, you will even meet a real live character from the story while trying to solve the mystery!

The Light Before Christmas, showing in the IMAX Theatre November 14, 2008 – January 4, 2009 After losing their way on a cold, blustery Christmas Eve, two children find themselves as characters in the classic tale “The Night Before Christmas,” as they experience the wonder and delight of Santa visiting their home. This stunning stop-motion animated film features lavishly detailed sets and characters inspired by the fascinating designs of renowned artist James C. Christensen with a musical score of beloved Christmas classics.

Animalopolis, showing in the IMAX Theatre November 14, 2008 – January 4, 2009 Whether going nose to nose with hippos as they graze upon nature’s massive salad bar, or eye to eye with dancing bears, discover how nature provides humor and wonder everywhere. Watch cheetahs race like Ferraris, bears that run their own fishing school, an opera-singing lion, and a sea of crabs that hold a town hostage! Designed for children ages 4 to 10, ANIMALOPOLIS contains numerous short animal stories, using humorous poetic narration to delight children and adults.

Printmaker Mary Lou Hess and painter Carol Brenner Tobe both interpret their experiences through poignant depictions of landscapes and objects. This exhibit brings together the work of these two artists whose lives and careers have taken parallel paths for years. The Frazier hosts Liberty on the Border: A Civil War Exhibit September 27, 2008 through January 19, 2009 as part of the Lincoln Bicentennial.

The Speed Art Museum in Louisville premieres one of the most important collections of American art in the world. Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness: American Art from the Yale University Art Gallery features the best American art from 1660 to 1900, presenting a glimpse into the history of this great nation from its pre-Revolutionary beginnings to the Gilded Age.

The American Tapestry Alliance is a 25 year old non-profit organization that promotes and supports tapestry weaving. The Biennial is a juried exhibition which highlights the art of some of the best contemporary tapestry weavers from across the globe. The tapestries featured in the exhibition demonstrate the diverse and creative ways in which individual artists successfully integrate contemporary concerns into this venerable medium.

Dinosaurs Alive combines stunningly realistic and scientifically accurate computer generated imagery with intriguing documentary footage, dramatic new scenes of real fossils and current dinosaur hunting expeditions.
