Infinite Riches in a Little Room is an exhibit of local artists who have participated in LVAA's Food for Thought program. A montly luncheon and lecture series. “Oil and Water” is the newest art exhibit at the Jewish Community Center’s Patio Gallery. The Patio Gallery, located in the lobby, is the elegant setting for imaginative exhibits featuring the innovative artwork of locally, nationally and internationally recognized artists. “Oil and Water” is comprised of both oil and watercolor paintings from a local husband and wife team, Patricia Ritter and George McCracken.

B. Deemer Gallery presents the latest series of landscape paintings by artist, Ellen Glasgow. A reception will be held for the artist on Saturday, January 10 from 2 - 4 PM and the exhibition will continue through February 17, 2009.

Kendal R. Miller of Photography by Kendal will be the featured artist at Signatures of Switzerland County during the Vevay Main Street Jan. 2 “Happy New Year” First Friday event. Miller will show new works, including new local and area landscapes and nostalgic memorabilia. She will also demonstrate the art of hand-coloring photographs with pencils—now more often done by computer.

The purpose of the Louisville Scooter Group is to bring scooter riders of all types to meet and ride together. Any scooter (or even motorcycle) riders are welcome--we refuse to discriminate. We are open to any suggested rides, but will mainly tour around Kentuckiana. Events are open to any scooter model and to people of all ages and backgrounds.
