Louisville Skating Academy offers ice skating classes to children and adults interested in recreational skating, figure skating and/or hockey. The holidays are just around the corner and getting into shape can help prepare you for the holiday weight gain that comes with your favorite aunt’s fruitcake and grandma’s cookies. Inner Strength Boot Camp is now offering two sessions for the fall. The first one begins on September 21 through October 16. The second one runs from October 19 through November 13. The group meets at the Waterfront in downtown Louisville Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6 a.m. for four weeks to work on strength, cardio and flexibility. The cost is $180 per session.
