Tai Chi in Nature Thursdays, April 16 – June 25 Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest offers a valuable sanctuary for creating a healthier mind, body and spirit any time of the year. Mfundishi Baba Serikali will be teaching an introductory course in the Yang Style 24 posture form of Tai Chi Chuan, including stretching, breath work and meditation.
