Beginning the week of March 2, the Baptist Hospital East Cancer Care Center will offer a Cancer and Restorative Exercise (CARE) group session for those diagnosed with cancer in 2009. In the program, personal trainers specially instructed in working with cancer patients will design a workout for each participant. The groups workout at the Baptist East/Milestone Wellness Center, 750 Cypress Station Drive. The cost is $200 which includes 20 visits and a three-month Wellness Center membership.

Learn to slip simple changes into your daily routine through “Active Living Every Day,” a 12-week program from the Cooper Institute in Dallas focusing on making behavior changes leading to increased physical fitness.
