Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) players, their supporters, and Pokémon fans from Louisville and surrounding areas are invited to attend the 2013 Pokémon City Championships on Sunday, December 15th. Players from three age divisions will compete at Through the Decades Sports Cards & Gaming to earn valuable Championship Points that count toward a potential invitation to compete at the 2014 Pokémon World Championships in Washington, D.C. next summer. Players of all ages and skill levels in good standing are encouraged to participate in the open, family-friendly event that serves as a great opportunity for new players to compete in premiere events for the first time.
More than one hundred Pokémon City Championships will take place throughout North America beginning November 23, 2013 and occurring every weekend through January 6, 2014 along with additional week-day event dates.
