After seeing this home which has some family connection for us, we were truely amazed. There are slight modifications from the original floor plan but they blend well into the rest of the house and if one did not know the original plan, you would most likely not realize that changes were made. The home has been brought back to life in a manner befitting it. It's once again a regal home but one that exudes warmth and character. Todd Stengel is an artist. We appreciate the time he took to talk to us about the house and our family. It was obvious he cares about his work and has created a masterpiece at 1416 Cherokee Rd. I certainly hope other new owners in the neighborhood will hire Todd to restore their homes to the historical wonders they were built to be. With Todd's Stengel's help, perhaps Cherokee Triangle will once again reign with beauty in the city of Louisville.
