The Alexander Hamilton Historical Society of Kentucky (AHHS) meets on Saturday, March 16, at 10:30 a.m., at the St. Matthews-Eline Library, 3940 Grandview Avenue (in St. Matthews City Hall.) AHHS member Dr. William Nash presents a review of “What Hath God Wrought: The Transformation of America (1815-1848),” by Daniel Walker Howe. This is a Pulitzer prize-winning, critically acclaimed addition to the Oxford History of the United States, by far the most respected multi-volume history of our nation.
