There’s nothing like an election year to get us all feeling a bit patriotic. This month our wine dinner will focus on a tribute to some great American wines. Paired with these, Chef Nick Sullivan brings us an interpretation of some of America’s great regional cuisine. Think Maine Lobster Rolls, New York Gyros, The Cheeseburger, Apple Pie and more. But these won’t be you standard versions. Expect some over-the-top versions with decadent ingredients while you savor the following wine selections:
