The Breath of Life II support group will feature a Physical Therapy Assistant Sonya Dott from the Baptist East Spine & Sport Therapy Clinic at the Baptist East/Milestone Wellness Center to teach exercises and breathing techniques to help participants with chronic lung disease. The meeting is on Wednesday, July 29 at 2 p.m. at the Baptist East/Milestone Wellness Center, 750 Cypress Station Drive. All meetings are free.
