Learn the 13-Posture Hand Form, an excellent class for beginners, seniors, or anyone wishing to explore the benefits of Yang Style Tai Chi. Movements are easy to learn and perform, yet they retain all the principles and important movements of the traditional long form. Seniors can especially benefit by gently building strength, flexibility and balance.
Instructor Carl Meeks, practitioner of Tai Chi for 20 years, director of education and training for the International Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan Association. This class meets for 7 weeks on Monday nights.
