On Saturday, Nov. 17, Distilled Spirits Epicenter (DSE) will welcome distilled spirits enthusiasts to Moonshine University for their Bourbon Enthusiast class. The two-hour course taking place from 3 to 5 p.m. will focus on the history, evolution and context of Kentucky’s signature spirit.
