From Saturday, Dec. 8 to Saturday, Dec. 15, The Bristol at 300 N. Hurstbourne Parkway will offer eight days of Hanukkah dinner specials. One dish per evening will be featured on a rotating basis, and selections include salmon with local apple butter sauce and herb potato kugel (Dec. 10) and local lamb shank with apricots and couscous (Dec. 12). Pricing will range from $17 to $22 per dish. Dinner hours at the Hurstbourne Bristol are 5 to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 5 to 11 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
