To celebrate Valentine's Day, chef Chris Ross at the Bristol’s Highlands location will offer several specials during their dinner service on Thursday, Feb. 14.

Lobster Bisque ($7)
Pan Seared Corvina with Weisenberger grits, roasted cherry tomatoes, asparagus and peas finished with herb oil and bourbon butter ($22)
Herb-Braised Beef Rib with Yukon gold whipped potatoes, roasted maple carrots and truffle demi-glace ($19)
Red Velvet Cake with chocolate pistachio truffle ($5)
