Santa Claus and Teddy Bear Tea Return to Benefit Local Charity
Children young and old can enjoy some quality time with Santa Claus and Teddy Bear at The Brown Hotel this holiday season! Children ages 2 to 12-years old can meet Teddy Bear and eat gourmet treats prepared by The Brown Hotel’s executive chef Laurent Géroli and his culinary team on Saturday, December 5 and December 12 starting at 2:00 p.m. Santa Claus himself will be in attendance to read a story and Teddy Bear will join in on the fun with a meet and greet every child as he helps them pick out a special gift just for them. Adults can enjoy tea, sandwiches and delightful desserts. The children’s menu is full of sweet and savory treats along with a variety of hot chocolates. The cost for each event is $30 for adults, $20 for kids and includes a holiday teddy bear for each child. The Brown Hotel will also donate $10 from each child reservation to the Home of the Innocents and Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). Reservations are required by calling 502-583-1234 ext. 7166. Every year in our community more than 2,000 innocent children appear before a family court judge. CASA of the River Region Project, founded in 1985, was the first one in Kentucky and is one of more than 900 CASA projects in 50 states nationwide.
