Beer University - Sept. 22 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Hosted by our talented Brewmaster Brian Reymiller, this class is the first is a series that is geared for the beer enthusiast who would like to know more about beer, the process of brewing and gain a better understanding of the ingredients used. For a $25 tuition fee your first course schedule will include: ($25 for each course) BEER 101 - What is beer? BEER 102 - How did beer come to be? ING 103 – Barley ING 104 – Hops ING 105 - Yeast ING 106 – Water Beer Samplings and light appetizers will be included. This course requires no prerequisites only an interest in learning more about beer. All participants will receive a Browning's Beer University t-shirt.
