In celebration of Bourbon Heritage Month, Proof on Main will partner with Buffalo Trace for a special culinary event. This intimate, 3-course dinner will take place in the Private Dining Room and will include a reception with Drew Mayville, Lead Chemist at Buffalo Trace.
Executive Chef Levon Wallace will design a menu of canapés followed by 3 a course dinner paired with Buffalo Trace.
