Bring the kids to an INSECT SAFARI in Bernheim’s big backyard! Dance the Buggy Boogie, taste the tempting Cricket Crunch, count the Pickled Ticks, plus a whole host of other horrible delights. The whole family will enjoy a day of creepies, crawlies, music, games, and fun. Opportunities to create and wear costumes, sing along to great bug songs (who knew there were so many?), march in the Parade of Bugs, and much more at BugFest.
BugFest will be held on Saturday, September 15, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at Bernheim’s Visitor Center. You might be raising a future beekeeper or butterfly researcher – provide them with fun learning opportunities and experiences at BugFest. You will discover that kids of all ages can be enchanted by entomology!
