"Cena e Vino,” which means dinner and wine in Italian, will feature a food and wine experience by offering a three-course meal with a wine flight. Executive Chef Graham Weber will create a seasonal inspired menu, including in-house made fresh pasta. BLU is one of the only restaurants in Louisville offering fresh pasta and bread made daily; the wines will be chosen to adequately match the flavors of each week’s unique menu.
