On Thursday, April 25th at 7 PM, Carmichael's welcomes Louisville's own Edward Lee for a signing of his new cookbook "Smoke & Pickles : Recipes from a Southern Kitchen." Lee is owner of 610 Magnolia and is a three-time James Beard semifinalist for Best Chef: Southeast. He achieved national fame after competing for 14 weeks on Bravo's Top Chef in 2012 and successfully challenged culinary royalty on Food Network's Iron Chef America. Lee's patchwork cuisine combines flavors of his Korean roots, his classical French training, and his adopted hometown of Louisville. Please join us!
