Just in time for the 2013 Kentucky Derby, Crush Boutique of Middletown has opened a pop-up location at The Summit full of Derby dresses, hats, accessories and more! Located between Versona Accessories and Kay Jewelers at the popular east Louisville shopping center, Crush on Derby will carry coveted local and national designer’s goods. The 2500 sq. ft., locally-owned boutique helps make The Summit shopping center Louisville’s go-to location for all things Derby. Crush on Derby will be open Monday-Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays noon to 6 p.m. through May 15.
“I offer fresh, unique apparel and accessories featuring not only nationally recognized lines, but also local and up and coming designers,” said Debbie Russell, owner of Crush on Derby. “We order limited quantities, so our customers can feel confident that they are wearing something special and work with local milliners to create one-of-a-kind masterpieces for anyone who can’t find the perfect hat or fascinator.”
Stylish designer dresses from Julie Brown, Tracy Negoshian, Judith March, Hazel, Joy Joy and more are available. Locally made Derby hats from Jana’s Hat Box, Anita Hat Company and HEADcANDI are for sale as well as on-trend offerings from nationally recognized hat makers Toucan, Scala and Giovannio. Crush on Derby has the latest in accessories including local artisans Lulubelle's and W&M Custom Jewelry along with colorful men’s belts and bowties from Vineyard Vines’ latest Kentucky Derby collection.
