On Friday, April 26th at 7 PM, Carmichael's is pleased to celebrate the publication of the beautiful new book "Old Louisville : Exuberant, Elegant, and Alive" by beloved local author and chef David Domine. "Old Louisville" takes an intimate tour of fifty residential designs, from grand mansions to cozy cottages, celebrating the architectural context of this remarkable neighborhood. David Domine, also known as the Bluegrass Peasant, has written numerous books on Louisville food, culture, architecture and ghosts. He teaches foreign language at Bellarmine University.
