On Wednesday, Dec. 5, Distilled Spirits Epicenter (DSE) will welcome distilled spirits enthusiasts and history buffs to Moonshine University for its “Spirits of Prohibition” enthusiast class, in honor of Repeal Day. The two-hour course will focus on bourbon, gin and cocktails of the prohibition era. In addition to the enthusiast classes, professional courses are also planned for those working toward opening their own distilleries, industry professionals and those looking for careers in the distilling industry. Five-day distiller courses are priced at $5,500 per person and will be led by industry experts and renowned master distillers.
