On Thursday, Feb. 20 at 7 p.m., the English Grill in the Brown Hotel will host an evening of food and wine in partnership with winemaker Joel Gott and Trinchero Family Estates. The four-course dinner, created by new executive chef Josh Bettis and chef de cuisine Ryan O’Driscoll, will give diners a taste of Kentucky’s best seasonal produce along with expert advice on pairing with fine California wine by Trinchero Family Estates regional manager Steve Patton.
