The Christmas Day menu in The English Grill begins with an appetizer buffet in the award-winning lobby that includes soup, antipasto, salads, seafood and assorted breads with international and Capriole Farms cheeses and breakfast pastries. The main course choices will be served in the English Grill dining room and include sautéed halibut, prime petit filet mignon of beef and roasted lamb loin. The decadent Viennese dessert display includes Grand Marnier vanilla mousse, chocolate opera cake, mini savarin and assorted mini tartlets, orange madeleines and petit sablés.
