Louisville loves mountains...so does Erik Reece!

On Wednesday, May 22nd at 7 PM, Carmichael's welcomes environmental writer Erik Reece for a discussion and signing of his newest book "The Embattled Wilderness : The Natural and Human History of Robinson Forest," which he co-wrote with James J. Krupa. Robinson Forest in eastern Kentucky is one of our most important natural landscapes - and one of the most threatened. "The Embattled Wilderness" is a readable yet rigorous, passionate yet reasoned summation of what can be found, or lost, in Robinson Forest and other irreplaceable places. We hope you'll be able to join us!
