Explore yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation in this FREE series with Alyse Dye, and discover how yoga can help you increase body awareness, emotional well-being and resilience to stress.
Appropriate for all levels – beginners welcomed! – these classes will help you develop a strong foundation for a home practice. Alyse will offer suggestions on modifying poses to fit/ accommodate your personal needs and body’s idiosyncrasies. While each class builds on the previous allowing your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual practice to unfold, you’re welcome to pick and choose among them.
You will finish the series with an effective understanding of the foundation of yoga postures and with the tools necessary to continue your yoga practice.
