Feeling a bit frazzled by the end of the week? Then the “Healthy Happy Hour” meditation may just be what you need! Join Rebecca Geracitano and unwind with a short social and snack, followed by a guided meditation, and wrapping up with a relaxed sharing and discussion session. January’s theme is “Creating Our Bliss In 2013.”
Joining with others in meditation is a powerful way to connect with the Divine within, and share that with world around us.
New to meditation? No worries! Whether you’re beginner or an old hand, this workshop is for you! Chairs will be provided; if you’d be more comfortable on the floor, feel free to bring a mat or cushion to sit on.
