Enjoy an Evening of Food and Wine Featuring Chef Richard Doering and Master Sommelier Scott Harper’s Top Hits of 2010

Ring in the new year with the Bristol Bar and Grille’s special dining event celebrating the culinary “top hits” of 2010! On New Year’s Eve, Friday, Dec. 31, the Jeffersonville location of the Bristol Bar and Grille will present a five-course wine dinner showcasing Master Sommelier Scott Harper’s favorite wine picks and chef Richard Doering’s favorite recipes of the year. The evening begins with a reception at 8 p.m., and dinner seating is at 8:30 p.m. The dinner is part of the All Star New Year’s Eve Package, which includes deluxe accommodations at the on-site Sheraton Riverside Louisville Hotel and breakfast for two on the morning of Jan. 1. The package is $250 per person, including tax and gratuity. Space is limited, so please call (812) 218-1995 for reservations.

Akaushi Beef Short Rib

Served with a truffle infused demi-glace.
