On Saturday, January 26th at 4 PM, local author Greenfield Jones will sign his new book "Don't Lose This It's My Only Copy and Other Stories." Influenced by Peter DeVries and Flannery O'Connor, Jones writes of people uncomfortable in a secular world - be they a woman who changes her horoscopic sign (and her personality) every few months, or a blue-eyed blond who wants to be an American Indian, or a sixth grade teacher who every few years falls in love with a different one of her boys, or a fellow with no sense of the absurd who thinks after his silicone job goes awry that he's through as a topless go-go dancer. Come to Carmichael's and shake the Winter blues away!
