Ericka Nicole Malone’s tenth stage play, “In Love With Tyrone”, is a story about a woman’s struggle to redefine herself after she is betrayed by her first love and her best friend — her husband. The play will make its Cincinnati debut this fall (October 14th and 15th) at the Aronoff Center for the Arts before heading off to a seven city tour.
What happens when the right woman falls in love with the wrong man? A woman’s path to redemption takes a journey through denial, pain and finally rediscovery. “In Love With Tyrone” assimilates a story women have told a million times before but only Ericka Nicole Malone can make you feel like you’ve seen it for the first time. Passion, Love, Betrayal, Pain and Restoration.
