Not Your Mama’s Sunday Dinner Featuring Heaven Hill Distillery
Spend an informative, entertaining and delicious evening in the kitchen at The Brown Hotel as executive chef Laurent Géroli creates special dishes using Heaven Hill bourbon. The Kentucky Fall Harvest themed event takes place on Wednesday, Nov 10 at 6:30 p.m. Guests will also learn how to create bourbon cocktails to pair with each dish. The cost of the five-course dinner and cocktail pairings is $99 per person for Bourbon Women members and $149 for non-members.

Seared Line Caught Striped Bass with thyme, Evan Williams golden beet gratin, Old Kentucky Tomme and sweet corn emulsion
