The 2nd Annual Operation Hire Patriots Veterans Job Fair will be held on Tuesday, May 22 from 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. Mayor Fischer has declared May 22 "Hire A Patriot" day in Louisvillle and over 40 employers will be participating in the event.
A new feature of the event this year is the Operation Veteran 2 Entrepreneur (V2E) Conference which is being conducted by the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Small Business Development Centers Network. The conference provides information and resources to help veterans build and grow small businesses. The conference is being held from 8:30 a.m.-Noon. Job fair attendees are requested to bring military I.D. They should bring copies of their resume and come prepared for possible on-site interviews.
