Meditation offers numerous benefits to the mind and body. This class explores meditation techniques for self-actualization and stress reduction. At least 20-30 minutes of weekly class time will be devoted to a meditative experience and other methods of stress reduction. Instructor Deanna O’Daniel, Ph.D., C.H.T, R.H., M.H., certified hypnotherapist, Reiki and meditation instructor. This class meets for 6 weeks on Tuesday nights.
