On the Road Culinary Adventures has selected Kentucky as the destination for its next premier culinary tour, and chef/owner Anthony Lamas of Seviche will be featured along with Bluegrass legends Woodford Reserve, Proof on Main, Stone Cross Farm and Woodland Farms. The tour, which takes place Sunday, Sept. 18 through Tuesday, Sept. 20, will focus on Louisville and the surrounding areas, giving guests a taste of the farm-to-table culture of the region with access to the best the area has to offer. Chef Michael Paley of Proof on Main and Chef Ouita Michel of Holly Hill Inn will also contribute to this extraordinary event. Hotel accommodations will be provided by 21c Museum Hotel. A special early booking price for the tour is $700 per person through July, which includes double occupancy hotel accommodations and taxes. Prices are also available for single occupancy.
