Seviche chef/owner Anthony Lamas is offering Louisville diners the opportunity to meet a Top Chef celebrity at a four course dinner on Tuesday, August 9! Eli Kirshtein of season six of the Bravo network hit show will join chef Lamas in the kitchen along with celebrated pastry chef Andrea Litvin and Bobby Benjamin, executive chef of The Oakroom at The Seelbach Hilton Hotel. The dinner will take place in Seviche’s newly renovated private dining room, which was unveiled in late June. The dinner is $100 per person, plus tax and gratuity, and includes wine pairings. A cocktail reception with passed hors d’oeuvres will begin at 6:30 p.m., and seating for dinner is at 7 p.m. Space is very limited for this event, so please call (502) 473-8560 to make reservations.
