On Saturday, November 10th at 4 PM, Carmichael's welcomes local architect and historian Steve Wiser, AIA, for a signing and discussion of his new book "Distinctive Houses of Louisville." With photography by Dan Madryga, the book features thirty-two notable residences within the metro Louisville region, such as Greystone Gables in New Albany, Conrad Caldwell House on St. James Court, and Colonial Hall near Cherokee Park. The styles range from historical to modern, and in period from 1837 to 2011. Steve Wiser is donating his proceeds to benefit the Visually Impaired Preschool Services (VIPS). Please join us and celebrate Louisville's rich architectural heritage!
