The Louisville Swing Dance Society is happy to offer a taste of swing class open to all ages at Absolute dance in the Heart of Saint Matthews.

During the 4 weeks of this class, we will learn and practice East Coast Swing, Dips, Charleston and partner Charleston transitions, and beginning Lindy hop- A fun, energetic, exciting taste of swing. Dates are the 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th. 8:30pm- 9:30pm.

The class is intended to give beginners a fast paced, fun, taste of the variety available in swing dancing in a safe, learning friendly environment.

No partner needed (we'll be rotating). Best of all, on 2 of the 4 tuesdays we'll be heading over to they Haymarket to hear live music and hang out and practice dancing together.

Cost: $40 for Louisville Swing Dance Society members, $50 for non-members (a great value, even for new dancers!)Class costs go to supplying the space for lessons, making progressive lessons available to the community, and to the LSDS insurance that makes all ages events possible.
