Teachers and parents are invited to find out more about field trips to Blackacre. For 25 years, students have come to Blackacre to learn about Kentucky's natural environment and early settlement history. Field trips are offered to school groups ranging from kindergarten through college including both JCPS and non-JCPS groups.  Teachers are encouraged to use the field trip as either an introductory foundation experience to new material or as hands-on reinforcements to current topics of study.
