This technique improves circulation, increases flexibility, and helps heal chronic or long-term injuries, and is a playful and invigorating work which effects body and mind.
Led by Jennifer Martin of Pure Bliss Retreats, this 3-day intensive will teach you the many aspects of Thai Massage. This class is ideal for yoga instructors, couples, practitioners, or anyone who wants to learn more about awakening their healing touch!
