Thomas Edison turns 166 this month – and Louisville is throwing a birthday party for the celebrated inventor and scientist.
The historic Thomas Edison House, located at 729 E. Washington St. in Butchertown, will host a day-long birthday party on Saturday, February 9, 2013 that includes a cake shaped like a light bulb.
The party will begin at 10:00am and last until 3:00pm. Admission is half price for adults and children under 12 are FREE.
