In today’s challenging business environment, changes happen fast, and people who think it is “business as usual” get left behind. WFF, a leadership development organization, is hosting a “Regional Connect” event to bring together local foodservice professionals. These events equip attendees with the skills and connections necessary to better address the unique challenges of the foodservice industry.

The event will focus on “Influence and Diplomacy,” a skill WFF has identified as a “core competency” and that is critical for those who currently supervise, or aspire to supervise teams. Attendees will be able to share experiences and test their ideas in a safe and supportive environment, and eventually transfer their knowledge to the workplace.
