Yoga Nidra is a relaxing guided meditation that has been shown to help manage stress, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, as well as, many other benefits.
Allow yourself to experience this blissful event! All are welcome.
Consider bringing a pillow, eye pillow, or other items that will aide you in being comfortable. A limited number of bolsters, blankets, and mats will be available for your use.
Cost: $20 per person/$16 for Monthly Unlimited students
