You will learn and practice yoga poses to release stress and increase energy. You will also learn how to relieve sleep difficulties, restore vitality, calm the “monkey mind", experience deep relaxation, enhance deep centered breathing, visualize the experience of being in a peaceful state and expect deep connections to breath, body, and relaxed mind. This is a six session workshop with the next three weeks every Tuesday and Thursday from 12:30 -1:30 pm.
