The University of Louisville is known for its basketball and football teams but being located in the city where Churchill Downs is located and where the Kentucky Derby is ran also means horses. With the University’s Equine Industry Program it just makes sense that they should have equestrian teams. These teams are not well known in the community but they are holding their own.

This event is being held at the four star Seelbach Hilton Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky, on Saturday evening, February 25.
Covered Bridge Pony Club, a member club of United States Pony Clubs, will be having their annual Open Combined Test show at Stone Place Stables in Prospect, Kentucky. This is the sole fundraiser for the CBPC and used by many area eventers as the kickoff to the year's eventing shows. The combined test consists of two phases which are dressage and stadium jumping.
