    'The Best Christmas Pageant Ever!' at the Kentucky Center

    Watch the Herdmans, "the worst kids in the whole history of the world," bully their way into the church's annual Christmas Pageant. Expected to be the worst pageant ever, the whole town has gathered in anticipation, waiting to see the Herdmans ruin Christmas. Will the pageant be a disaster as everyone is expecting, or will the spirit of the season change the hearts and minds of all?

    The Soulful Sounds of Derbytown at Kentucky Center for African American Heritage

    Soulful Sounds of Derbytown is a new concert series that celebrates Louisville’s rich blues music tradition, while also raising funds to complete the interior construction and establish education programs for the Kentucky Center for African American Heritage. The first show of the series is called Women In Music and showcases some of Louisville’s best divas: Majorie Marshall, Robbie Bartlett, Tanita Gaines, Arti Wells and The Pearls. Loraine Rudolph will return to Louisville to join the ladies in a climatic encore performance.

    Bach's 'Christmas Oratorio' at St. Boniface Catholic Church

    Founder and artistic director James Rightmyer will lead the Choral Arts Society in a festive performance of the Christmas Oratorio. This unique performance will feature period instruments from Louisville's Bourbon Baroque. Highlighted in the performance will be soloists Kelly Ballou, Audrey Walstrom, Ryan Connelly and Chad Sloan.

    Holidays Around the World at Frazier History Museum

    Holidays Around the World is an annual, multicultural tree display that celebrates holiday traditions found throughout Louisville’s diverse communities. It ranges from trees decorated as they would be in countries that observe Christmas, to cultural displays showcasing other holidays observed around the globe throughout the year. This visually-stunning and educational exhibition features 25 trees and displays.
